Darwin Youth Housing Program

Provides medium term supported accommodation for young people aged 15-19, including young couples and families. It provides outreach, support, advocacy, and community education, information and referral assistance.

Palmerston & Rural Youth Housing Program

The program provides for crisis/transitional accommodation and support needs of homeless young people 15 - 19 years, or those at risk of homelessness in the Palmerston and Rural areas. Services include outreach support and inter-agency case management.

Young People Leaving Care program

Provides support and enabling services for young people 16 -24 years who are leaving or who have left the Out of Home Care System. The priority is to maximise successful transition to independence and connection to the community.

This program provides therapeutic responses for children who have traumatised by their homeless experience or by living in violent families. It offers counselling and referrals, with a goal to break the cycle of inter-generational homelessness and family violence.

Transitional Housing Program

Provides medium to long term accommodation for individuals and families in Alice Springs. Services include case management and living skills training, to facilitate the transition of clients out of crisis situations and into public or private long term accommodation.

Katherine Community Accommodation and Support Program

Provides short to medium term accommodation for individuals and families in the Katherine area. Case management is available for clients living in the supported accommodation. Outreach support is available to clients who have moved into independent accommodation.

Operated through Catherine Booth House this service aims to address the needs of single homeless Indigenous women requiring assistance when escaping or recovering from violence and other difficult life situations. Darwin Homeless Men's Shelter

The Sunrise Centre provides overnight accommodation to single men over 18 years. The Centre also provides information, referral and advocacy services and evening meals are available for non-resident men, women and children.

Bakhita Centre

Provides supported accommodation for homeless men 18 years and over. Services include day support, outreach, advocacy and information. Clients have the opportunity to plan for their future through case management and personal development.

Vincent Care Transitional Aftercare & Outreach Support

Provides up to 16 weeks accommodation at the Bees Creek facility for adults 18 years and above. The service provides after-care, outreach and case management for clients as a transition between intensive Alcohol and Other Drugs Rehab and independent living.

Provides supported accommodation, day support, advocacy, information and referral services for Vietnam Veterans. Accommodation may also be provided to other homeless young single men over 18 years if the service provider rates them as compatible.
